Pat Fenech wrote > this so much reminds of an on-going 'discussion' I have had with certain > fellow Avon watchers - who know who they are - about hair styles - Who me? :) > my preference is pretty much just as Harriet's, I like less coiffuring > maybe it makes him seem more vulnerable when his hair is not 'just so', who > can tell? I have to admit that he looks *very* presentable in the fourth > season but I prefer the look of the earlier seasons, I confess I do like the 4th season look, but my actual favourite hair episode is probably 'Voice From the Past' - that bit where they're doing exercises in the rec room features very nice Avon hair IMO. My pet hate hair-wise would be Pressure Point - it looks like he has just had his fringe cut and it's way too short. > Ah, a chance to despise the leather & studs, sorry Judith I cannot abide > the leather and studs My pet hate about the dread series 4 leather and studs outfit is the horrible waistcoat/vest/whatever underneath those horrible white panels. I'd find it much more bearable if it had been dispensed with. Then he could have taken the jacket off occasionally and just had the nice black turtleneck. I confess that one of my favourite Avon costumes is the the red leather trousers worn with a plain black turtleneck. On the subject of the hideous red lobster suit (well, the top is hideous - as I said, I'm fond of the trousers) has everyone read June Hudson's comments about how she originally did the outfit? Apparently their were going to be little leather cone/spike things around the top of the jacket!!! But the producer asked for them to be removed (thank goodness). I am trying to picture little spikes on the lobster suit and my mind is thoroughly boggled. First the BBC postpones Lost in Space, then Cable & Wireless's transmitter goes funny and wipes out UK Gold in the Manchester area until 11.30... two hours after I crawled out of bed to watch Blake. All the other channels seemed to be there except Sport 3. We're waiting for the burglars to arrive and remove all the tapes now.
