Description: Disables the C6 State on AMD Zen (Ryzen, Epyc) processors.
 Disables the C6 State on AMD Zen-based (Ryzen, Epyc) processors. Acts as a workaround for the known bug where AMD Zen systems can randomly freeze when in the C6 deep idle power saving state.
